• Appliance Data: Make, model, serial number, and repair history.

• Payment Information: Processed securely through our third-party payment gateways (we do not locally store full credit card numbers).

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We utilize your data strictly for operational execution, including:

• Scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing your service requests via our CRM platform.

• Communicating with you regarding appointment ETAs, estimates, and follow-ups.

• Internal financial strategy and service quality control.

3. COMMUNICATIONS & TCPA CONSENT

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive communications from FixBridge, including SMS text messages and phone calls, regarding your service appointment.

• Automated Systems: You acknowledge that communications may be facilitated by our integrated technology stack, including our automated communication assistant.

• Opt-Out: You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by replying "STOP" to SMS messages, though operational (service-related) messaging is required to fulfill your booking.

4. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to data brokers. We share your information only with trusted third-party service providers who form our operational infrastructure (e.g., our dispatching software and communication apps) to the extent necessary to perform their functions. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal subpoena.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no digital transmission or storage system is 100% secure. FixBridge assumes no liability for data breaches occurring at the level of our third-party software providers.
