FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Washer repair FAQs

How much does washer repair cost?

Our service call is $89 per appliance. It covers the trip and a full diagnosis, and it’s due even if you decide not to repair. Your technician quotes the repair before any work begins — approve it within 5 days and the $89 goes toward it. Veterans and seniors (65+) get a discount.

Is my washer worth repairing?

A common rule of thumb: if the washer is less than about 10 years old and the repair costs less than half the price of a comparable new one, repairing it usually makes sense. You get the repair price after the diagnosis, so you can decide before any work is done.

Can the technician come today?

Same-day service depends on availability. Call or text (470) 619-2900 for our earliest opening, or book online to pick a time. We work Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM.

What should I do until the technician arrives?

If it’s leaking, turn off both water valves behind the washer and unplug it. Don’t force a locked door open or start another load — leave the washer as it is for your technician.

My washer shows an error code. Can you fix it?

Yes. Codes like LG OE or Samsung 5C usually point to a drain problem, and LG IE or Samsung 4C to a water-supply problem. Tell us the code when you book so your technician knows what to look for.

Which areas do you serve?

We’re based in Braselton and serve the Braselton and Suwanee areas, including Hoschton, Buford, Flowery Branch, Sugar Hill, Duluth, Dacula, Lawrenceville, Jefferson, Cumming, Gainesville and Oakwood.
